Custom orders
Everloom orders are custom-made from the story you provide. Prices shown at checkout are final and include applicable GST. We do not offer refunds once payment is captured, except where required by applicable law.
Defective deliverables
If you receive a defective digital file or physical item, contact us at hello@vyuhasystems.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to replace or correct the deliverable where appropriate.
Payment refunds
If a payment refund is issued through our payment provider (for example, after a dispute or chargeback resolved in your favour), our systems record that refund against your order. Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Revision passes (not refunds)
A revision pass is one round of changes after you hear the preview — lyrics, tone, or a section of the song. It's not a refund. Revision passes included with your plan cover changes to lyrics or the finished song within the allowance shown at checkout — they are not cash refunds.
