Your order
By placing an order with Everloom, you agree to provide accurate information and to pay the price shown at checkout (including applicable GST). Typical delivery is 7 days; exact timing depends on your plan and queue. Rush delivery is available when the date cannot move.
Personalization and content generation
When you place an order, you provide us with details such as names, relationships, personal stories, memories, and delivery information. We use this information, together with third-party AI generation services, to create a personalized song and associated materials (lyrics, audio, and artwork) on your behalf. This content is generated specifically for your order and is not treated as a public template.
Promotional use of your song
We may wish to feature excerpts of songs created through our service (for example, on Instagram or other social media) to showcase our work. We will only do this with your explicit opt-in consent, collected separately at checkout or by request after delivery. If you do not opt in, your song and personal details will not be used for promotional or marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@vyuhasystems.com.
Global delivery
Digital delivery (audio files, streaming links) is available worldwide. Physical items (NFC keychains, photo frames) are shipped internationally where available; delivery times, customs duties, and import taxes for international shipments are the customer's responsibility and may vary by destination.
Data retention
We retain order details and generated content for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@vyuhasystems.com, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., payment records).
Children's data
Our service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information about children without parental or guardian consent.
